Find everything you need to know about attending The RISE Healthy Communities Summit.

What is the RISE Healthy Communities Summit?
What started as The RISE Summit on SDoH has evolved into a broader, more inclusive movement—RISE Healthy Communities Summit. Since this event's inception, RISE has united health care, government, and community-based organizations to tackle the social drivers of health and build lasting change.
Who shares the stage?
Each year, this summit features changemakers who are advancing SDoH, health equity, and member experience across sectors. You’ll hear real-world success stories from health plans, providers, CBOs, advocacy groups, government leaders, and funders—sharing what works, what doesn’t, and how to overcome common barriers. From Stars and CAHPS to population health, behavioral science, and risk adjustment, speakers bring lived experience, policy insights, and tactical strategies you can act on.
