The RISE Healthy Communities Summit, formerly known as The RISE Summit on SDoH, is no longer taking place. Over the years, this event has brought together a passionate community of professionals committed to improving communities and enabling whole-person health. You've shared ideas, built partnerships, learned from one another, and helped shape conversations that have moved the industry forward. We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of that journey.

The Medicare Advantage landscape continues to evolve, and we’re hearing the same thing across our community: organizations are being more intentional than ever about how they invest their conference time and budgets.

That’s why RISE is taking a more focused approach to our conference lineup.

By bringing more of our community together at fewer, higher-impact events, we’re creating even more opportunities to learn from industry leaders, exchange ideas with peers, and leave with practical strategies you can put to work right away.

What won’t change is what you expect from RISE: timely education, meaningful networking, honest conversations, and direct access to the experts and peers shaping Medicare Advantage. It’s the same trusted RISE experience, delivered through a more focused event portfolio designed to make every event worth your time.

Thank you for being part of this work. It has been an honor!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the RISE Healthy Communities Summit still happening?

No. The RISE Healthy Communities Summit is not planning to return in 2027 or as a standalone RISE event going forward. This was a difficult decision, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this community so special over the years. While the conference is no longer part of our event lineup, we'll continue to share relevant insights through our free webinars and articles

Will RISE still cover social drivers of health (SDoH) and community health topics?

Yes. While we won't be hosting a dedicated summit, we'll continue to share insights on topics like social drivers of health (SDoH), community partnerships, rural health, health equity, and population health through the occasional webinar and articles at risehealth.org. Join our mailing list and we'll let you know when new content is available.

Is there another RISE event for community-based organizations?

There isn't a direct replacement for the Healthy Communities Summit. However, topics like member engagement, health equity, value-based care, and partnerships between health plans and community organizations are woven throughout other RISE events, including Qualipalooza and RISE National. We also continue to offer a Government & Community Service registration rate across our events. View the full event calendar here.

Could the RISE Healthy Communities Summit ever come back?

We don't have plans to bring back the Healthy Communities Summit right now. As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, we'll keep listening to our community and watching where the industry's needs are headed. If demand for a dedicated event grows in the future, we are all ears! If this event was valuable to you, we'd love your feedback. Joining our mailing list is the best way to stay connected and let us know what topics matter most.
